Resources and Tools for Elementary Math Specialists and Teachers

Often working with students with special needs or learning difficulties requires the work of two teachers (or more). Co-Teaching relationships can be really positive when the teachers work well together, but occasionally personalities conflict and that is not the case. What are some recommendations/strategies that you have for co-teaching with someone whose personality does not mesh well with your own?


Given below steps are the solution to the co-teaching:
First, of all, we have to establish rapport.
Secondly, we have to check the teaching style of the teachers and must establish a cohesive classroom.
Start Discussion about the strengths and weaknesses of teachers.
Designed a Plain for action and set a vision to work as a team.
